All right, Radiators and fans,
I'm doing research on a book I'm writing with a friend of mine, about the Undertones from up in Derry. As some of you may recall, they played with the Rads at the Casbah in Derry (April 1977), at St Eugene's Parish Hall in Derry (June '77), and Moran's Hotel in Dublin (June '77). Dates are approximate, Mick's chart may be a little off. Anyone remember these shows, or an impression of these shows? Any information's helpful here.
Thanks, keep smashin'!

Didn't make (or recall) those gigs (wish I had) , best of luck with the book though, put me down for a copy. Better memories than mine on here from time to time, hope some of them can help...

According to our records there were only two gigs featuring both the Radiators and the Undertones: April 14th 1977 The Baggot Inn, Dublin, June 25 1977 - Punk Festival at UCD, Dublin. The Radiators, The Undertones, Revolver, The Gamblers and The Vipers. At this concert Patrick Coultry (18) from Cabra, Dublin, was stabbed to death. I'm sure the Undertones played Morans on the 24th June as a warm -up for the festival gig. I have no recollection of any Derry gig with the Undertones? I hope this helps Pete

Mr Holidai- You're right, there was no gig in Derry, my friend's chart was off, sorry. Would you happen to remember what went on at any of these gigs? Like, what songs were played, et cetera. Yeah, terrible thing at the Festival. Billy Doherty (drummer) was apparently arrested for that. He didn't do it though, and was later released.
