just wondering where everyone finds out about gigs in dublin on the web. i tend to only find out if flyers are being handed out at other gigs. went to see the d**nED in tbmc (met a few rads and rads fans there and spotted faces from previous RADS gigs) and got a flyer promoting Stiff Little Fingers for dec16th and Spear Of Destiny for this sat dec3rd in voodoo. not to be missed see you all there!! DEAD GIRLS and BOYS are on the bill and Karl from the band posts here and has been at meetings, so get there early to support them ... right!

I went. A complete con. Firstly, only 2 of the 4 original Slits were playing. There was another 4 ppl on stage, 2 of whom were guitarists and neither of whom could play. The drummer held the whole mess together.
They played for maybe 40 minutes, no more than 6 songs and a one repeat song encore.
They were nuts back then and they've only got worse.

I enjoyed it, she's completely bats but fun with it, yes the set was only 50 mins and they never even played their biggest commercial hit - well odd!

i went along on sat night. short but effective set made up of tracks from TROUBLE PILGRIM followed by four cover versions; starting with The Flamin' Groovies - Teenage Head, The Velvet Undergrounds - I'm waiting for my man, The Radiators From Space - Television Screen and The Radiators - Million Dollar Hero. Enemigos were joined by Steve Rapid for the 4 covers. TV Screen was the proper original version played at 110mph. Hero was the encore. Magic
